The hotel manages the apartment. You receive 70 % of the profit, minus a small fixed monthly fee.

- Full ownership. You own the apartment and can sell it at any time. A legal document, the title, proves it.
- Managed by the hotel. The apartments are part of a hotel complex; wear and tear is covered. Ask us for the current terms of each resale.
- Experienced operator. The hotel is run by InStyle Residences, which also manages Infiniti Blu, a large resort in walking distance.
- German developer. The building was developed by a German company with more than 20 years of experience.
- Insured. The property is insured by the hotel. A copy of the policy is available on request.

Helmut Maurerbauer, from Vienna, has worked in hotels and tourism for more than 30 years and developed one of the largest projects in the Dominican Republic in the 1990s. Today he works alongside Alexander and Carla Maurerbauer.

Yes, through resales. The developer’s apartments are sold out, but private owners put their apartments back on the market from time to time. InStyle Investments lists and sells them.
