We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. This policy explains which data we collect when you use this website and how we use it.
3. Data we collect on this website
Inquiry form. When you send us the form, we store the details you provide (first and last name, email address, phone number, the room or apartment you are interested in, your message) to answer your request. The form is sent to the customer management system of the InStyle group (InStyle Investments), so that our team can reply. With the request, we also record the page you came from, the language setting and, if present in the link, campaign details (UTM parameters).
WhatsApp, telephone, email. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the details you give us to answer you. WhatsApp is provided by its operator under its own privacy policy.
Server log files. Our server automatically records technical data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and time of access. This data serves the technical security and stability of the website only.
Cookies and analytics. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts and scripts are delivered from our own server.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted on our own server. The inquiry form sends data to the customer management system of the InStyle group (InStyle Investments).
5. Offers by email
If you send us a request and do not tick “No thanks, please don’t send me offers by email”, we may occasionally email you offers from InStyle Investments about real estate on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. You can object at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link in every email; we then stop immediately.
6. Data sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary to process your request or required by law.
7. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations, and delete it afterwards.
